Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cucumber, onion, spring onions, and apple into small pieces.
  • 2.   Mix everything with the chickpeas.
  • 3.   Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh.
  • 4.   For the dressing, mash the avocado, yogurt, and milk.
  • 5.   Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill.
  • 6.   Mix the dressing with the salad.
