Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare hard-boiled eggs in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Wash and cut radishes and pickled cucumbers into sticks. Wash, dry, and cut lettuce into strips.
  • 2.   Rinse the eggs with cold water. Peel and cut them in half. For the dressing, mash the yolks with a fork. Mix the yolks, yogurt, vinegar, and pickled cucumber juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the egg whites into cubes. Mix the egg whites, lettuce, radishes, and pickled cucumbers. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
