Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the butter in a sauté pan and add the peas, green beans, sliced turnips, sliced carrots, lettuce, water, and chopped parsley. Season and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
  • 2.   Stir in the diced potatoes and continue cooking for 35 minutes.
  • 3.   Remove from heat, add the heavy cream, and serve.

  • 25 cl of water
  • 1 sprig of parsley
