Here is a recipe for truly crispy waffles, similar to the ones found at carnivals.

. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then gradually incorporate the milk while stirring well to avoid lumps.

. Melt the butter and add it to the flour + milk mixture. Then add the beaten eggs and sugars.

. There is no need to let the batter rest, it can be used right away!

. Grease the waffle plates well before cooking the waffles.

. Eat the waffles immediately after cooking to keep them crispy.
