Chicken with peas and carrots

Instructions

  • 1.   On a cutting board, cut the chicken into large pieces.
  • 2.   Peel, wash the onions, then finely chop them.
  • 3.   Peel, wash the garlic, then crush it with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Wash, remove the seeds from the tomatoes, then cut them into small pieces.
  • 5.   Shell the peas.
  • 6.   Wash, peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
  • 7.   Put a pan on the heat. Pour in a little oil, then brown the chicken pieces.
  • 8.   Add thyme, onions, and crushed garlic to the chicken, then let it brown.
  • 9.   Shortly after, add the tomatoes, mix, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • 10.   Then add the carrots and peas, and mix again.
  • 11.   Moisten your preparation with a little water, then let it simmer covered for 30 minutes on low heat.
  • 12.   Keep an eye on the cooking of the vegetables.
  • 13.   Wash, then finely chop the parsley.
  • 14.   Once cooked, serve your preparation sprinkled with chopped parsley.
