Fried Mullet with Lemon Salad

Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this dish, the combination of fried fish and lemon salad is a delight. This dish is perfect for summer days.

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them into very small dice.
    Wash, peel the cucumbers and cut them into very small dice.
    Finely chop a few parsley leaves.
    Squeeze the juice from half of the lemons.
  • 2.   Pour everything into a small bowl.
    Add a little pepper and mix.
    Do not add salt right away, as it will make the salad soggy.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a frying pan.
    Add your fillets, scales side down, sprinkle with coarse salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Flip the fillets and cook for another 6 minutes.
  • 5.   Salt the salad.
    Plate your dishes by placing the fillet in the center and a quarter of lemon on the side.
    Serve.
    Do not put the salad on the plates, let the guests serve themselves.

Notes & Suggestions

  • I recommend serving this dish with a refreshing lemonade.
