Pour the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center.

Mix the margarine, oil, yeast, water, pinch of salt, and milk. Mix everything together. Knead until you obtain a firm dough.

Let the dough rest for about 2 hours.

Take the dough and make small patties by flattening them with your hands.

Heat a little oil (it should be very hot) and slide your patties into the oil.

Each patty should cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Drain them and serve.

After cooking them, fill your bokit with the ingredients you desire: ham, cheese, chicken, cod, vegetables, egg, sausages. You can garnish them with various sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper sauce, and also add some chili pepper.
