1. Wash, remove stems, and chop the dill with a knife.
2. In a bowl, mix the dill, mustard, and honey.
3. Place a tortilla on your work surface, spread about 2 teaspoons of mustard sauce.
4. Place 1 slice of smoked salmon, 1 slice of chicken breast, and 1 lettuce leaf on top.
5. Roll it tightly, being careful not to tear the tortilla. Secure with a toothpick. Be careful not to overfill if you want to successfully complete this step without any issues.
6. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the work surface, place the roll, remove the toothpick, and roll carefully to form cylinders. Repeat the same process for the other tortillas. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
7. Unroll the plastic wrap and cut the wrap into 3 sections to obtain mini wraps, diagonally for a nicer presentation.
