1. 1. Prepare the marinade by vigorously mixing honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, crushed garlic, and oil until you obtain a homogeneous emulsion.
- Cut off the wing tips, discard them, and separate the wings into two at the joint. Place them in a dish, pour the marinade over them, and mix well to coat them. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wings on a rack set on a baking sheet. Bake them for 45 minutes, turning them and basting them with the marinade three or four times during cooking, until they are cooked and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with a salad of corn, radishes, and chives. Enjoy with your fingers.
With chicken, you can also prepare roasted chicken with olives or a hamburger.
