Instructions

  • 1.   1. Prepare the marinade by vigorously mixing honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, crushed garlic, and oil until you obtain a homogeneous emulsion.


    1. Cut off the wing tips, discard them, and separate the wings into two at the joint. Place them in a dish, pour the marinade over them, and mix well to coat them. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).




    1. Place the wings on a rack set on a baking sheet. Bake them for 45 minutes, turning them and basting them with the marinade three or four times during cooking, until they are cooked and golden brown.




    1. Serve immediately with a salad of corn, radishes, and chives. Enjoy with your fingers.



    With chicken, you can also prepare roasted chicken with olives or a hamburger.
