Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the cream and Roquefort cheese, add nutmeg, heat gently in a double boiler to obtain a thick cream.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs for the omelette. Melt the butter in the pan, pour in the beaten eggs.
  • 3.   When the omelette starts to set, pour the Roquefort cream on top. Finish cooking while keeping it soft. Roll and serve.
