1. Cut the zucchini in half and hollow it out by removing the seeds. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and scatter them in the two halves of the zucchini.
2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon, then pour it into the zucchini.
3. Add sour cream, then sprinkle with grated sheep cheese.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 45 minutes if the zucchini are thick.
