Stuffed Zucchini with Cheese and Bacon

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini in half and hollow it out by removing the seeds. Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and scatter them in the two halves of the zucchini.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, fry the bacon, then pour it into the zucchini.
  • 3.   Add sour cream, then sprinkle with grated sheep cheese.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 45 minutes if the zucchini are thick.

  • 1 fresh goat cheese
