Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation: Remove the paper from the can of condensed milk.
  • 2.   Place the closed can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker with water filled halfway up the can. Cook over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • 3.   Allow the can to cool before opening and enjoying the milk jam (dulce de leche in Spanish).
