Instructions

  • 1.   Pre-bake the shortcrust pastry for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F). Melt the broken pieces of chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, add the fresh cream.
  • 2.   Mix until you obtain a smooth dough. Off the heat, add the eggs and mix well. Pour this mixture onto the shortcrust pastry. Bake for 30 minutes in a 180°C (350°F) oven. Allow to cool before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
