Instructions

  • 1.   Place the tomatoes in a container filled with boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove the tomatoes and easily peel them.
    In the food processor, add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil leaves, mint, pepper, and salt.
    Serve the soup very cold, with a teaspoon of sour cream on top.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For those who like it spicy, you can add half a hot pepper.
