Almond and Pineapple Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil until it starts to brown.
  • 2.   Add the pineapple chunks (with a little juice) and the honey.
  • 3.   Stir and sprinkle the almond powder on top.
  • 4.   Simmer for 10 minutes over very low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
