Shrimp, Apple, and Mint Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the fish sauce and lime juice into a salad bowl and dissolve the sugar in it. Add the crushed garlic clove, thinly sliced chili pepper, shrimp, and half of the plucked mint leaves. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 2.   Wash the apples, pat them dry, cut them into 8 wedges, and then into 1 cm thick pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters. Finely chop the remaining mint leaves.
  • 3.   Add the apples, onions, and remaining mint to the shrimp, mix well, and serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 18 leaf of fresh mint
