Preparing the shells:

Melt the broken white chocolate pieces with the knob of butter until smooth.
Step 3
Brush a thin layer of melted chocolate on the bottom and sides of 10 small silicone molds.

Place the molds in the freezer for 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Remove the molds, then repeat the process with a second layer of chocolate to make the dome thicker. Place the molds back in the freezer.

Preparing the red fruit mousse:

Heat the red fruits with the sugar in a saucepan until the fruits release some of their water.

Add a sheet of gelatin previously softened in cold water. Mix well.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and add it to the cooled fruit mixture.
Step 10
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the whipped cream/red fruit mixture.

Chill in the refrigerator.

Filling the domes:

Remove the molds from the freezer and place a little fruit mousse inside each one, place a strawberry in the center, and cover with fruit mousse until the molds are filled to the top.

Place the chocolate shells with the fruit mousse in the freezer until the mousse is firm.
Step 15
Final step, spread a thick layer of melted white chocolate on top of the molds to seal the dome shells.
Step 16
Place in the freezer again until the chocolate hardens.

A dessert that makes a great impression to end a meal beautifully! It is possible to make the domes in advance and keep them frozen for several days. Just take them out a few hours before consuming! Enjoy your indulgent tasting! Other combinations are possible (dark chocolate dome, orange mousse, truffle center/dark chocolate dome, white chocolate mousse, raspberry center/dark chocolate dome, mint or verbena mousse, truffle center, etc.)
