Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta al dente, drain it, and immediately mix it with the oil.
  • 2.   Peel, seed, and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Slice the ham into strips and make Parmesan shavings. Wash and drain the arugula.
  • 3.   Prepare the vinaigrette.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, mix the pasta, ham, arugula, tomatoes, Parmesan, and vinaigrette.

  • 350 g of pasta
  • 2 slice of white ham
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 50 g of arugula
  • 80 g of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
