Instructions
1. Beat the eggs in a shallow plate to make an omelette.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
In a second plate, pour the flour.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and dip each piece into the eggs, then into the flour.
Make sure each piece is well coated.
Repeat the process twice.
3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into fries, and cook them in a deep fryer.
4. In a frying pan, heat the grapeseed oil and place the chicken pieces in it.
Turn them frequently, brown each side without burning.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
5. While the meat is cooking, wash and dry the salad.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, put everything in a salad bowl, and season with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
6. When cooked, place the nuggets on paper towels to remove excess oil.
7. Serve hot with the fries, ketchup, and salad.
