7. Arrange the cucumber sticks, bell pepper strips, and beef bresaola in alternating layers.

9. Fold the sides of the wrappers to enclose the filling.
10. Roll everything up, applying light pressure to ensure that the Boursin cheese mixes well with all the ingredients.
11. Serve these spring rolls plain or with a herb vinaigrette sauce.
