Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, seed, and dice the tomatoes. Mix the Saint Môret cheese with the cottage cheese and chives. Season with a little salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes. Mix well. Spread the Saint Môret cheese onto the tortillas, add the ham, roll up, and cut in half.
