Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the shallot.
    In a bowl, mix the tuna with the Greek yogurt, mustard, chopped parsley, finely chopped shallot, salt, and pepper.
    Chop the lettuce leaves (optional) if you choose to include them in the wraps.
  • 2.   Peel the avocados, remove the pit, slice them, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 3.   Spread the tuna mixture onto the tortillas, leaving about 1cm of space from the edges.
    Place avocado slices and lettuce (optional) on top; roll the tortillas tightly.
    To finish
    It's ready in no time, all that's left is to enjoy.
