Spiced Fish Papillotes

Instructions

  • 1.   You will need:
    - 2 sheets of aluminum foil
    - 2 sheets of parchment paper
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
    Steam the peeled and halved potatoes.
    Place each sheet of parchment paper on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  • 2.   On each sheet, place the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic, a few sprigs of thyme, and a few cumin seeds.
    Slice the well-washed zucchini into thin rounds. Place them in the papillote.
    Close the papillotes.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
