Breton Ham and Goat Cheese Galette

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the galette in a hot, lightly greased skillet.
    Flip the crepe and crack an egg on top.
  • 2.   Add 1 slice of ham, goat cheese, 10g of gruyere, and mushrooms.
  • 3.   When the egg white is cooked, fold the sides of the crepe towards the center. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.

  • 1 medium canned mushroom
