Instructions

  • 1.   In a frying pan. Heat over medium heat.
  • 2.   When the pan is hot, carefully crack the eggs without breaking the yolk. Salt the white but not the yolk, as it would develop small white spots.
  • 3.   Let cook for 2 or 3 minutes, lightly spreading the white with a spatula. Pepper. Slide the eggs onto plates using the spatula.
