Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and grate them finely.
  • 2.   Finely chop the onions. Put everything in a bowl and add the eggs. Mix. Salt, pepper. Mix.
  • 3.   Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Using a wooden spoon, place a spoonful of the mixture in the pan. Then spread the pancake very flat to cook it well.
  • 4.   Repeat the process as many times as necessary depending on the size of your pan and the size of the pancakes you desire: you can make them very small or one very large one covering the entire pan.
  • 5.   Flip the pancakes halfway through cooking.
  • 6.   The pancake is well cooked when it has browned and is crispy on both sides, but soft on the inside.
