Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the potatoes, peel the onion.
  • 2.   Grate the potatoes and the onion.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, grated onion, roquefort, and pepper.
    You don't need to add salt, as the roquefort is already salty.
  • 4.   Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
  • 5.   Using the mixture from the bowl, make small pancakes and brown them on each side in the frying pan.
