. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar.
Add the eggs and heavy cream and mix well.

. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes of kneading by hand or with a mixer).

. Dissolve the baker's yeast in a little warm milk. Mix well until completely dissolved.

. Gradually add the milk so that it is well absorbed and a dough ball forms.

. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The dough should double in size.

. Punch the dough to deflate it.
Divide the dough into 24 balls and place them in a mold, sticking them together but not too tightly.

. Cover again with the cloth and let it rise for 1 to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C (thermostat 5).

. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes & Suggestions
It can be flavored with orange blossom.
Fresh yeast can be used.
