Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the potatoes.
  • 2.   Cook the fish in 33 cl of water, with the bouillon cube, for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Slice half of the potatoes and place them in a baking dish.
  • 4.   Flake the fish and place it on top of the potato slices.
  • 5.   Slice the remaining potatoes and cover the fish.
  • 6.   Prepare the sauce:
  • 7.   Add the cream, crumbled shallot, and cornstarch to the broth. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 8.   Pour the sauce over the fish and potatoes in the baking dish.
  • 9.   Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.

  • 200 g of cod fillet
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 shallot
  • 33 cl of water
  • 1 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 100 g of grated emmental
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)

    Hello Cecilemk, As a rule I never put a cube of broth, but if you find that it lacks flavor you can always add fish stock. Have a good day
