Avocado, Mango, and Surimi Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and finely chop the cilantro. Cut the avocados and mangoes into cubes and thinly slice the green onion.
  • 2.   Toast the sesame seeds in a pan (be careful, they toast very quickly). Transfer them to a container as soon as they are sufficiently toasted.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add the grated surimi, avocado cubes, and mango cubes. Mix well. Place the dish in the refrigerator.
    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
    Serve chilled.

  • 120 g of grated surimi
  • 10 sprig of fresh coriander
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
