Watermelon-Melon with Feta

A highly appreciated appetizer by my friends, full of freshness! For a beautiful presentation, you can use a special spoon to make melon and watermelon balls.

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds and cut the watermelon and melon into small pieces in a large bowl.
  • 2.   Add the feta cheese.
    Mix well, but gently.
  • 3.   Add small pieces of mint, a drizzle of olive oil, and balsamic vinegar according to your taste.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can also use flavored feta cheese in a jar (without the oil).

  • 400 g of watermelon
  • 1 melon
  • 200 g of feta
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 10 leaf of fresh mint
  • 10 black olives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
