Greek Salad like in Rhodes

The authentic Greek salad that will remind you of your vacation!

Instructions

  • 1.   For two large plates or four small ones:
    Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

    Slice the cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.

    Mix everything in a large salad bowl or divide into two large plates (or four small ones).
    Distribute pieces of feta cheese on each plate and sprinkle with a little oregano.
    Prepare the vinaigrette: in a bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, and salt (3 tablespoons of oil / 1 tablespoon of vinegar).
    Cut slices of bread.
    Toast them under the broiler on both sides.
    Rub the bread with a clove of garlic.
    Season the salad and serve immediately!

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • ½ cucumbers
  • 200 g of feta
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 handful of Greek-style black olive
  • 3 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 slice of bread
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
