Monaco-style Tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Hollow out the tomatoes, drain them, and sprinkle them with salt.
  • 2.   In a large dish, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, herbs de Provence, and various spices (salt, pepper... according to taste and preferences).
  • 3.   Drain the tomatoes again, fill them with the previously prepared mixture, and refrigerate.
  • 4.   Remove from the refrigerator just before serving.

  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pinch of chives
  • salt (according to taste)
