Turkey escalope with cream and mustard

Delicious pieces of turkey with a creamy and flavorful sauce! :D Very good served with rice, green beans or other vegetables (rice is really the best!). Don't hesitate to make more sauce than planned, to mix with the side dish ^^

Instructions

1. Cut the turkey escalope into small pieces and cook them in a pan.
2. Halfway through cooking, spread mustard (Dijon or whole grain) on the meat to cook it.
3. At the end of cooking, add cream and let everything mix together while stirring regularly.
4. When the cream has heated up and has a nice beige-brown color (cooking and mixing with mustard), it's ready!!
