Pasta with Peppers and Goat Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and deseed the peppers, then cut them into cubes.
  • 2.   Sauté the peppers in a saucepan with olive oil and crushed garlic. Cook the pasta, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Reduce the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes. The peppers will become tender.
  • 3.   Drain the pasta. Add the goat cheese in small pieces to the peppers along with the heavy cream.
  • 4.   Let it cook for 2 minutes while stirring, then serve over the pasta.

  • 500 g of pasta
  • ½ goat cheese logs
  • 250 g of sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
