Tuna, Tomato, and Mozzarella Panini with Pesto Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the panini bread in half lengthwise.
  • 2.   Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  • 3.   Slice the mozzarella. Spread pesto on the bottom of the sandwiches.
  • 4.   Place the tomato slices, followed by the mozzarella and tuna.
    Finish with a few basil leaves.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.   Close the sandwiches and toast them in a panini press for 3 minutes.

  • 40 g of pesto
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 6 leaf of fresh basil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
