3. Slice the mozzarella. Spread pesto on the bottom of the sandwiches.
4. Place the tomato slices, followed by the mozzarella and tuna.
Finish with a few basil leaves.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Close the sandwiches and toast them in a panini press for 3 minutes.
