Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the feta into cubes, put in a bowl with oregano. Mix.
  • 2.   Put the chopped tomatoes and cucumber in a salad bowl. Add salt. Add the sliced shallot. Add the feta and olives.
  • 3.   Season everything with olive oil and vinegar.
