Tomato and Anchovy Pizza

So we offer you this recipe for anchovy pizza simply made with fresh tomato puree, marinated anchovies and colorful peppers. An easy and quick dish for the whole family.

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the pizza dough: dissolve the yeast in water. Pour over the flour, add salt and oil.
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients well, incorporating them by kneading. Then work the dough by folding a piece of dough towards the center of the ball and pushing it in front of you with the palm of your hand. Turn the dough a quarter turn and repeat the operation.
  • 3.   When the dough is smooth, roll it into a ball and let it double in size in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
  • 5.   After this time, roll out the dough in a mold or on a baking sheet.
  • 6.   Prepare the tomato sauce by putting the tomatoes, minced onion and minced garlic in a flat-bottomed saucepan. Season with salt and pepper and let it melt for 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Then spread the sauce on the pizza dough, top with slices of mozzarella, anchovy fillets and sprinkle with oregano.
  • 8.   Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  • 9.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 250 g of tomato coulis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 50 g of anchovy
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 20 g of fresh baker's yeast
  • 20 cl of water
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
