Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the salmon into cubes and cook it in the microwave for about 4 to 6 minutes, making sure to cover the container so that it steams and doesn't dry out.
  • 2.   Crumble the cooked salmon into a bowl and add the rice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.
  • 3.   Heat the olive oil in a pan and gently fry the meatballs to warm them up.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with chopped sage before serving.
