Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the chicken breasts. Lightly oil and season them with salt. Sear them on a cast iron grill pan over high heat.
  • 2.   Peel the carrots and remove the ends. Grate the carrots using a fine grater.
  • 3.   Split the buns in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bread. Fill them with grated carrots and grilled chicken slices. Sprinkle the whole thing with parmesan cheese. Season with pepper.
