Pork sauté with prunes

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the pork cut into pieces in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
    Add the thinly sliced onions, the carrots cut into rounds, and the garlic clove. Let them sweat.
  • 2.   Incorporate the tomatoes cut into quarters, the bouquet garni, then pour in the white wine and the broth (previously diluted in 25 cl of hot water).
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add the prunes and let them cook for an additional 30 minutes on low heat.

  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
