Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Drain the tuna and crumble it into a bowl.
  • 3.   Add the other ingredients: eggs, liquid cream, milk, Emmental cheese, flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix your preparation well.
  • 4.   Butter and flour a loaf pan that is oven-safe.
  • 5.   Pour your preparation into the pan and bake for about 35 minutes, depending on your oven.
  • 6.   Unmold after waiting a few minutes.
  • 7.   Serve and enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can add chives or another herb according to your taste.
