Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the eggs with almond powder, parmesan cheese, and coconut flour.
  • 2.   Add the grated and squeezed zucchini.
  • 3.   Cook in small mounds in a preheated, medium heat, oiled pan for 4-5 minutes per side.
