Beef tartare and Actifry fries

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes and peel them.
    Cut them into sticks, then wash them again and dry them.
    Cook them for 28 minutes in an Actifry fryer.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the meat with olive oil, basil leaves, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Mold the tartare using a cookie cutter and serve it with a raw egg yolk on top, accompanied by Actifry fries.

  • ½ bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt (according to taste)
