Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a sauté pan, melt the garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3.   Drain the pasta and add it to the sauté pan. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Mix well before serving quickly.
