Quick sardine rillettes

Here's a quick recipe for sardine rillettes that also works great with tuna! To be honest, I sometimes eat these sardine rillettes for a dinner, simply spread on a thick slice of country bread and served with a small vegetable soup... it's light, satisfying, delicious, and super quick to prepare.
