Light Peach Muffins

Delicious muffins without any fat that can be made even lighter by using a sugar substitute. Can be made with other fruits as well.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the peaches. Cut two peaches into pieces and slice one for decoration.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs with the sugar (or sugar substitute).
    Add the other ingredients and mix.
  • 3.   Pour into muffin molds.
    Decorate with peach slices and sliced almonds.
  • 4.   Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 120 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoon of orange blossom water (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almond (optional)
