Green beans with hard-boiled egg vinaigrette

When we think of salad, we don't necessarily think of eggs, green beans, apples, and tuna! This complete meal allows us to try new flavor combinations, much to the delight of our taste buds!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the green beans in salted boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on their size. They should remain slightly firm. Drain them.
  • 2.   Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them.
  • 3.   Arrange the green beans on the serving dish, then sprinkle them with chopped hard-boiled egg. Drizzle with vinegar just before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
