Light Raspberry Muffins

A sweet treat that is low in calories, especially if you replace the sugar with a sweetener. Recipe for 8 or 9 muffins

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the raspberries in half (or into quarters if they are large)
  • 2.   Beat the eggs well with the sugar
  • 3.   Add the Greek yogurt and continue to beat
  • 4.   Add the flour, almond powder, and baking powder
  • 5.   Add the raspberries and gently mix
  • 6.   Pour into muffin molds
  • 7.   You can decorate with a whole raspberry and some sliced almonds
  • 8.   Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F)

  • 90 g of flour
  • 2 tablespoon of almond powder
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 100 g of fat-free white cheese
  • 150 g of raspberry
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almond (optional)
