Korean Marinated Beef

Enjoy this delicious dish, called "Bulgogi" in Korean, with a bowl of rice. It consists of beef cut into small pieces, marinated and grilled.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into very thin slices. (To make it easier to cut, you can put the meat in the freezer for 3 hours).
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Place the meat slices one by one in the bowl, making sure to soak them well in the sauce, then let the meat marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 4.   In a large hot skillet, with a little oil, quickly sear the well-spread meat in small quantities.
  • 5.   Put the cooked meat and the juice from each cooking in a shallow dish.

  • 400 g of beef chuck
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 15 g of sesame seed
  • 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • pepper (according to taste)
